“The restaurant at Viola Beacon Resort has a good array of Indian and Chinese dishes. We enjoyed our meals while overlooking the pool area, which added to the pleasant ambiance. The chef was kind enough to prepare some special dishes for us upon request, and the quality of food was always great.
